Pardon my french but Tom Walkinshaw has always been an immoral £RSEHOLE.

He was deemed as 'unfit' to be a V8 Supercar Franchise owner and this is the only way he can get control of HRT back. Skaifey was naive when he took over ownership of HRT but he doesn't deserve to be treated like this.
The rumour is (in a nutshell) Holden Racing (owned by TW) have billed HRT 12 months worth of invoices in one hit, when previously it was monthly invoicing. They are demanding immediate payment and to coincide with this, apparently, HSV (also owned by TW) have withdrawn MS's personal sponsorship killing the majority of his income.

It will all come out in the wash I'm sure but I've always seen Walkinshaw as a rat-faced turd. Failed F1 W@NKER.

only my opinion however (and alot of australians as well it seems).

well he did get what he wanted afterall:

There are also 2 sides to every story. Some people just arnt cut out to run a business and get in over their heads. Not saying thats the case here, but surely if he was on a sound financial standing there wouldnt be any issues.
Sounds like both have come aways happy anyway.
