K&N induction and Magnaflow exhaust
Discussion
After tootling around with a relatively quiet and standard 6.0l Ro I decided to fit a Magnaflow stainless cat back system and K&N induction kit.....certainly got the noise I wanted with some extra poke! Total cost was around £850
although I have fitted everything myself with help of a nice four poster ramp. I will try and get some pics of the exhaust on tomorrow but overall very impressed with the quality of the exhaust system and fit after a very minor adjustment on the rear silencer hangers (system designed for a Pontiac GTO).

how minor was the adjustment? bit of bending or welding?
bought the exhaust of ebay last week...I saw it and had to buy it
. The exhaust all fitted well up until the silencer hangers which caused the tailpipes to sit up against the plastic exhaust surround on the standard bumper. With a blow torch we heated the rear silencer hangers and pulled them up around 15mm which gave enough clearance from the bumper. One thing I would suggest is that you try and purchase new gaskets for the front section where the x pipe joins, I didn't but managed to salvage my (crusty) originals with the help of a small smearing of exhaust paste which sealed nicely. Overall very impressed with the quaility and sound of the system...I was dreading it sounding a bit over the top with only 2 silencers in the whole system but it wasn't at all.
Both K&N and exhaust purchased from www.nemesisuk.com originally told that the K&N would take 4 weeks to come from USA but it turned up on my doorstep 2 days after ordering! Service and delivery very good with all parts very well wrapped and quickly delivered, give them a call if you need as I found them very helpful.

defo be there next year want to get a few bits done first. I have a complete lack of mechanical sympathy so not afraid to run.
managed a 13.1 in a 200sx with 270bhp then 12.9 in the same car at 290bhp so im not afraid to go for it. Done 5 clutches and 3 gearboxes in 18 months in that. Gave it in when i snapped the exhaust manifold off the engine!!!!!
