Removing standard headers

Do they just pop out or do i need to remove anything else like engine covers, brake servo bits etc to get them out?
Also the oil dipstick runs through the middle of the manifold - do i take this off or work round it?
Any free advice welcome...!

Stock ones come off quite easily as they are two piece. Remove the cats from the bottom then the cast branches unbolt and remove from the top. The dipstick needs to come off but this just pulls out after you remove the mounting bolt on the head.

Fitting replacement headers is where it can get more interesting.
