Anyone else using the PH blog thing? It seems that the sale of my previous car has funded 16 months of simply driving around in the Monaro yikes

Bloody Hell cars are expensive! Don't ask about depreciation, I'll get violent.

If I admit muttering that under my breath when filling up sometimes, does that mean I'm a geek?

Bear in mind the performance and fun you have and its represents good value for money. Try working out the running cost for a cheap Ferrari or 997 porker... that would be scary, service costsa alone would blow the budget.

I guess the comments are fair enough, it's just easy to lose track of all the £ we pump into these things. Oh well, I'm doing my bit for the economy!

On another note, we'll see how 400bhp deals with snow tomorrow morning

Please take care, i had a very scary moment today. I wouldn't have minder but i wasn't ripping the back out of it. I was at 3,000 revs. Snaked all over the place. I saw my life before my eyes

I think it was your Monaro I saw at the Wheatsheaf meet. Sounded/looked fantastic and was pretty easily my favourite car at the meet. It's good value for money!! biggrin

'Ello, indeed it was mine! I need to check-in with the North West lot again soon, I've not been to any meets recently - really ought to sort that! Glad you appreciate the noise, it's a service I provide

I'm sure that if you fancied a pax ride at the next meet it wouldn't be a problem. That said, I was shamed at the last Wheatsheaf by being the only V8 there that wasn't supercharged cry

Edit: I was told that if the supercharging situation was rectified I could stick this to the dash:
