Got cash buy price and direct email address, plus shoddy grammar etc.
Looks dodgy to me.

The car can be HPI'd, due dilligance and all that?

Anyway, a sharp clip round the ear with a baseball bat normally tests any dodgyness, if not the poor grammar.

Looks a bit odd - why stick it on a 24hr auction ?

I looked today for Monaros and I'm sure that didn't turn up in the results scratchchin

Mind you, they would have to pay for that advert which doesn't sound like scammers !!

Plus they have a feed back record ??

Well I actually bid on the thing for a bit of humour, and then noticed in the description that they want £9000 for it.

Having said all that the seller had got a couple of dodgy looking negative feedbacks on ebay.

What do you mean? Does that plate not exist, in which case we might need to brief Mr. baseball bat?

Just says 'Vehicle Details Could Not Be Found' which is kinda odd.....

Sent the seller an email so we see what they say.

Must admit - there's something about that ad that's sending alarm bells ringing in my swede...don't think I'd touch it!

I think by sale price he means reserve price. It looks like a desperate sale rather than a dodgy sale to me and we're certainly in desperate times at the moment. You never know it just might be the bargain of the year. You dont have to cough up the cash if it doesn't check out or is not as described .

Very true. Haven't returned any emails yet though which you would have thought they would have done if they're that desperate to sell.

ebay account is probably hacked hence other email address.
Also look at where its supposed to be able to be shipped to.

Well dodgy if you ask me. Still cash on collection with a phone call to dvla and vin check plus rego papers etc and you never know.
Certainly not someone to send any cash or deposit to up front.

Thanks for the compliment, missing it a lot tho now it's sold, hence the Monaro search.
