As I am tight as a ducks arse, as Sarah will confirm (and no doubt Bonnie will mention my stealing 10p
) I hardly ever run the a/c other than to keep the gasses ticking over. To me its an unwanted weight that I don't need. What would it take to remove the A/C system? Is there a lot to it? If possible would it then be possible to reconnect (easily) in the future should I wish to put it back on for sale?

Remove pump, remove pipes (all in one piece), remove condensor and then plug the connections to the evaporator inside the dash. You really dont want to take that out, trust me on that!!
