While getting my brakes sorted at Walkinshaw in Chipping Norton, following AP recommending that I use Walkinshaw Performance to service them, I noticed the service menu for HSV's/ Holdens. £129.95 for a £10k serviced looked pretty good, they said it would also be the same for a Monaro.

Chippy is not too far from Oxford or the M40 so reasonable to get to from the middle of the country.

Ken Page the Manager there was extremely helpful as well. Seem a good outfit.

Yep WPUK, MrFish and Rapid are all excellent for knowledge about Holdens and HSV's etc.

Main dealer for me though till the warranty runs out. Its back in soon to fix the contol console which died after a bcm upgrade. At least my indicators work ok now though.

why pay over the odds to get some clunge monkey working on your car just to keep it dealer stamped? You pay more and get less in the ways of service and knowlege. Going to an indi such as the three you mention would not in any way invalidate your warranty nor could vauxhall claim otherwise

Of course its your choice I'm just voicing out my thoughts wink

Mines going to Picador next week, centre console being just one of the faults, was also told rear indicator units were still on backorder............will pay a visit to WPUK soon, if only to fit the billet shifter....always very friendly.
