As the post reads iv lost my wheel nut adaptor (i suspect the tyre garage as not seen it since having two new tyres on the back )now iv got a card saying for 15 dollars i can get a replacement but this is from oz and im not sure theyd post to uk has anyone else managed to get a replacement sent here to old blighty

Assuming its the same as my yr 2000 GTS then you can get them sent over. It cost me $50 AUS for two, to the correct pattern using the number off the card that came with the car. It was a few years ago but I ended up talking to the guys who make them in Aus and funny enough they are English! Let me know if you need more details (phone number etc) and I'll try and look them out for you.

the card says AUSLOC wheel adaptor manufactured by beafield engineering co para hills west

I had this problem on my s2000, bought it but they didnt supply the locking nut key. Just got them all removed at a local tyre place, no damage to alloys and new nuts done for 40 quid.
