Couple of daft things ive noticed which are starting to get annoying the big pipe that leads into the front of the charger is rubbing or burning the fire blanket under the bonnet leaving a mark on the pipe and a hole in the fire blanket, I dont seem to be able to move either can I just remove the fire blanket?

Second in the spoiler, I will try and get a picture but the centre strut if you like of the spoiler underneath is starting to scratch the boot like, basically as the cars going quick it looks like its forcing the spoiler up and down scratching it alot, again is this a common thing? Any ideas of ways to secure the spoiler more other than liquid nails? lol

I just put some sticky foil on the area where the S/C touches and my rear spoiler rubs in the same place.
I have read on here a few time there Vauxhall will respray it under warrenty. But i think id rather get it done myself.

Thanks for that, id really rather not take it to vauxhall for anything, doesnt give me any confidence when ring up and say what car it is and get the response 'a what?'

Have you put the foil on the actual fire blanket itself? Any pics by any chance?

The spoiler thing is well documented on here. I believe that closing the boot causes the spoiler to move, scuffing the paint. If you press on the centre of the spoiler you will most likely be able to see how how it flexes. I keep meaning to strip off the trim inside the bootlid and see if the spoiler fixings can be tightened up on mine, but I'm too lazy.....

Tightening the the fixings wont fix the problem the best thing to do is to remove the spoiler and apply some double sided scotch tape (i used some number plate tape )to the area of the spoiler in contact with the boot lid where the scratching appeares i did mine about two years ago when i first got my car and no more damage has happened as yet important thing is to do it before you run out of paint on the boot lid

for me the most annoying things are at the moment water in the rear passenger foot well and having to contantly change the clutch fluid
