Just a quick un Roger, i've been looking at ordering some DoDo juice for the car. You weren't joking when you said it was expensiveyikes anyway i was wondering what you would recommend as there's so much choice. Do i order the Purple Haze soft wax or the Supernatural Wax? Also would you recommend a product i should use first to prep the paintwork?
TIA
Mel

I find a good rubbing down with some 80 grit sandpaper followed up by an all over polish with Motul Brake Fluid produces a wonderous shine.
The paint literally glides off. A winnner for the next dyno day for sure.

Stig, your S2000 looks like its had the treatment already rotate

No bhp in paint... So no smile

Though it probably could do with a wash.

Its in the fishtank having the pulley bolted back on. So I might clean it on its return.

Now you have me on a tangent. I have used Jewelbrite Ultra and its a 3 stage shine thingy.
Wash, conditioner, then gloss... or similar. The results are pretty good plus it lasts a good while.
You can get it cheap off ebay, but dealers charge like £200 to do it.

Washing is bad though as you find all the dents and nicks that wenrnt there the last time.

We also had a product bought with the car that is supposed to do the best possible job. £300 and called Diamond Bright. I thought it was wank so want the best this time. Rogers Ro has the best clean detailing i've seen, hence why i asked him Thanks though

you PAID for that?! OMG that is something they usually "give" away as a "£300" gift, aka Superguard.

I'll stick up for Bonnie , I've seen their car on here in photos . And I've seen "it" coming down the motorway towards me, the car looked amazing ! it's not that often you see a car on the road that "sparkley" , Col must spend a age on the paint job keeping it so fresh and clean, so all I can say is Mel, you guys must be going further than the average owner to keeping their pride and joy tip top and shiney.

clap

Same stuff. Diamond Brite, Jewel Ultra. I got it off ebay for £15! Nice discount off your price. I think it works well. I just dont like the price Mel paid yikes
