Suspension issue

Ive noticed when driving over speed humps that the front of the car makes quite a squeeking/knocking noise.

What could this be? Ive seen a set of dampers on ebay from monkfish, just wondering if they would resolve the problem??

Noises are normally dry bushes, I doubt its the shocks.

Whats the fix? New bushes?

The new Padders coilovers would sort it :-)

But seriously, maybe a bit of grease would be sufficient.
