Just a qwick question found possibe oil filter after market, i know vauxhall dont charge that much for it but when only dealer in scotland is 300 miles away makes life easier if i can get it direct from suppler

Not sure if they have different numbers over there. Here is a Coopers branded item distributed in Australia for the 5.7 LS1. The only other number I can find on Australian websites is WZ160



And some other makes I have lying around on the shelf, The part numbers are on the boxes in the photgraphs. I have put the numbers up before but here are some pictures.

A Ryco



A Delco. Another number I can find on the US AC-Delco website is PF46



A Valvoline



And a Genuine Holden spare parts version with part number. You can buy them in a big box of 20. Made in Poland!



And just for fun, here is a Holden Commodore VE 6 litre filter. I have no idea if it fits the LS2/LS3 engines. PF48 (USA)and AC092 (Oz)are the AC Delco numbers I can find on their websites for this one.

i use the fram filter, costs me a fiver from rodleys auto's in bradford

the ryco filter was the filter i used for the cross refrence so looks like it could be right thanks mate top man

Filters are £6.10, postage £2.50. Genuine AC Delco.

ITS COOL I JUST ORDERED FILTER UP FROM COOPERS, AS I WORK FOR A MOTOR FACTOR BUT THANKS ALL FOR THE HELP IN FINDING THE RIGHT FILTER smile
