After long long periods of should i or not, i have finaly got round to buying a monaro, its an 04 plate with very red paintwork!
Took it straight up to Scotland for a week with some mates and i wish i had purchased sooner. As does my local petrol station! Its a lovely car which i intend to keep that way. Thanks for all the advice that i have been reading on here. and im sure that i will be back for more!.
Are any of you going to the Help the heros track day at Bovingdon next weekend?
hopefully below are a coupleof pics of the car

Cheers
Bob

Welcome to the club. Awesome scenery, reminded me of New Zealand. What with all the aerials on the Omegas?

Welcome to the madhouse, great choice of test drive roads and some nice pics to prove it.

I was too slow getting tickets for the Help the Heros day, so spending full weekend at the Pod instead.

You going to Bovington? Should be a once in a lifetime track day!

The pictures were from the Isle of Skye, we have been up to Scotland for a blast for a couple of years, and somehow the weather has been great.
The aerials on the Omegas are a bit of a joke but they do clear lane 3 and they keep the water out and rust at bay.

Kiwifraser, I dont work at 3 mile cross and have never heard of the place! Lets just say your not far off smile

And yes i did/do own an MV6, its the one on the left

cheers

Yes I will be there and will look out for you, from what I can understand from the organizers they will be using our PH handles (whoops wish I had a hard man handle now!)
