These people make and supply by next day delivery. sales@beeline.co.uk

They are £17.92 plus £3 postage.

Thats if its the small rear belt on the charger as on my 122.

I've got a couple of the gates k061010 belts here - got them from states but someone on here reckoned you could get them just as cheap over here from most motor factors.

The front belts (both sizes) were stock items with Camberley Auto Factors when I got mine. Think its a universal fit which is why they stock them. The small rear belt is a bit specialised hence the need to order direct.
BTW - both are a easy to fit once you know how to massage the rear into place. smile

Any half decent motor factors should be able to get them. It's only a belt, but Gates are the best.

It'll just be 6PK then the length in mm

Tha yanks use similar except in inches. Although K061010 sounds strange. Int that it sounds like 6 rib 101" long...which sounds bloody long !!!!

if you can't find one give me a call on 07738071060 and I'll come to some arrangement to post you one and you can square up with me via paypal,I'd need to work out the cost to include shipping and tax I paid but the belts were like 18US $ each from company called Rock Auto. Or if you want to order your own from US you could just send me a replacement when they arrive. The belts I have are Gates K061010 with product code 6PK2567, 13/16" x 101 5/8" OC , 20mm x 2581mm OC if that helps. I ordered them as I have a Maggie to fit to my car and advice was to buy a few spares.

WOW...that is one seriously long belt.

It is actually 101" long, circa 2565mm

ie, 6PK2565 or as close to that as you can get.

If the belt is walking, there is ether belt/pulley alignment is poor, or there is a pulley/tensioner problem.
Pulley alignment is critical.

well it seems to be ok for now as i put the belt back over into the correct grooves on the crank and i have had a couple of runs now a total of 20 miles or so and its stayed put so with luck its just one of those freak things maybe a piece of debrie fell in there or a stone went up in there ill get a new belt on there and see what happens ill obviously check the pulleys wilst im at it

they list the Micro-V range at the bottom of the V belts list on that web page, the belt you are looking for is part of the range so might be worth giving them another call and dont mention its for a car - just tell him you want the Gates Micro-V belt part number K06....., I had same sort of situation when I phoned up an engineering supply company looking for rubber hose they had listed on their site, they were cheaper than any auto parts supplier for the same hose but didnt want to know if you started talking about using it with cars.

K06 will mean nothing to them as thats the American imperial sizes.

Use the 6PK number

Beeline quoted me ok for my belts, although I had purchased elsewhere before.

But any motor factors who do Gates should be able to get them. It's only a belt.

will a shorter belt fit? is the idea to have it tighter than the recommended belt to reduce slip?

The belt needs to be the correct size to work.

Shorter or longer placing it outside the tensioners normal operating range...will just cause problems.
