I have taken the power train and wire harness from a 2006 Pontiac GTO, which was built by Holden. The BCM which is unique to Holden is giving me warnings for the systems no longer in use and I would like to be able to turn these off. Can anyone tell me if it is possible and how??

Have you looked at EFI Live?

It doesn't get into the BCM. PCM and TCM only.

ETA: You need Tech2 for that. Monkfish, Walkinshaw and rapid all have them IIRC.

Bill, you sure it's the BCM and not the PCM we're talking about? Have you slotted an LS2 into that El Camino?

What I would do is to find someone with a Tech2, hook it up, and try and turn those redundant MILS off. If it is the BCM.

Hopefully the Master Fishmonger / Oracle should be on here soon and may be able to help out?

If not the Aussie forums are quite helpful. Let us know how you get on Mate?
