on a standard ls2 yes. On a standard ls1 it's 9psi. On a forged motor the sky's the limit but what you really need to look at is moving more air, not more boost. That means a decent set of heads and a cam. More boost means more heat which is bad.

why not just save a st load of cash now and do the job right later? You may as well have a bbq and fuel it with cash with the approach you are going.

good news, be aware of the expense though! You will need new headers, heads, fuel system, and lots of other bits/labour and time to spare. Simplest way is to get a new engine built and sell your old one.

car needs remap this is a cheaper way for now, warrenty running out end of year,, then i get bouns from work and can then afford internals.. in the mean time just enjoying new bits every 3/6 months as have done from new ..

Sounds like its all going to get expensive! One of the reasons im sticking to my original plan and not doing anything at all internally to the engine, unless the exchange rate goes really good again and then will get an engine built and bolt it in and as said above sell the old one!

budget around 10-15 grand, depending on what you have done. You will end up throwing almost everything you have away and buying new stuff if you do it properly.
