CHANGED INSTRUCTIONS on Thursday 2nd July

16.37 Friday 3rd. I have just had news that the catering van has let us down. Can you bring your own supplies and drinks as well. Sorry.

First & most important for those who have not picked it up! The meal is now back at the Tramway Inn Shipston Road, Stratford on Avon CV37 as the alterations are now complete. Please can you finalise your meal orders by Wednesday.

The track is open from 7.00am. If anyone wants to camp overnight on Friday it can be arranged, let me know.

What you need to bring: Drivers Licence, Crash hat, Long sleeves, long pants, , Entry fee in cash. Your race plates and badges for those who have already got them.

I suggest you arrive at between 9.00AM & 9.30AM at the latest and go straight to the staging lanes and park up.

From there proceed to Driver registration and register. This will be in the VIP room near the Start finish Line. If you have not already got them you can collect your raceplate, handle plate and badge here.

Drivers assembly and briefing will be at 10 to 10.15AM at the Start Line.

Get your car scrutineered in the staging lanes and collect your slip. Take your slip back to VIP room and sign on and pay your fee.

Those that want to go back to the pits can use the middle lane to go around.

From there the pitting area will be from the staging lane collecting area, up to the fence adjacent to the bar and media centre. (It will all become clear when you get there)

Others can just leave the car in staging lanes ready for the off.

Make sure your LSX plates are placed high up in the rear screen .

On Track Requirements: Skid lid, arms & legs covered, belts on, windows closed

With 40 cars we are expecting 100 passes per hour, so if you are up for it this should give you all 4-5 passes per hour.

There will probably be two seperate eliminators at around 3.30PM-4.00PM. When we are finished on track, we will be have a Trophy presentation at about 4.00to 4.30PM.(Probably at the seating area)

If it looks like rain later in the afternoon we may bring the Eliminator forward. having doen that if it rains later we will have the presentations in the Bar which will be opned for us for this only!

Those partaking of the social festivities can then make their way to the Tramway Inn for the evening meal Arrive 5.00PM for 6.00PM.

THERE WILL BE 6. SPARE CRASH HELMETS AVAILABLE IF ANYONE IS STUCK FOR ONE.

If there are any Drag Day virgins who would like some help and advice or a (more) experienced driver to help during the day. please let me know and I can pair you up with someone.
