do a bit of research on headers/cat packages on the Aussie forums you may be able to save a few quid buying from there as I believe the Wortec exhaust connects to the cat pipes at the stock position unlike the Milltek exhaust I have fitted which is about as damn awkward as it can be when it comes to headers/cats. Biggest cost in this country appears to be the sports cats which typically are 3-5x more expensive to buy here than in the states or pretty much anywhere else in the world. Astra VXR owner I know got his from US for about 75 quid all in then got a pipe made up with it fitted - same cat from UK supplier was 275+VAT - go figure. Try Aussie companies such as Pacemaker or De Fillipo for header/cat pipes sets with ceramic coatings to lower heat emissions into the engine bay.

Try this guy based out of New Zealand. He was able to supply me with headers for around £650 (inc shipping and tax). Very helpful too.

Any stainless stockholder will supply proper 3" stainless bends used in the dairy industry, as well as tubing.

Perfectly formed smooth bends available in 45 and 90, which can be cut to whatever you suit.

Or else Jetex Universal sell a variety of other bends, 30 deg up, and over axle pipes too in stainless, all mandrel formed.
