The Ro flew through its first MOT this morning doing me proud. One thing though the guy checked the diff and said it was an LSD type and wouldnt put it on the rollers so instead he sat in the passenger side with a portable meter on the floor with me doing 20mph and braking hard. Never heard of that before and the supra I had before was meant to have and LSD diff.

Anyways I'm now looking at Picadors for a VXR8 LS3 hmmmmm. I think its got to be done but not keen on most of the colours lol.

Its a taplometer, normally only used if their rollers cant handle 4wd cars. He maybe just wanted to take it for a spin.

3 mot now and it's the same thing every time with the brake test. Always takes it out to test brakes as they're not supposed to put cars with LSD onto the rollers. Touch wood there's been no other issues so far, even sails through emissions.

If you fancy a vxr8 then peters vauxhall in Perth should be getting either a White or red one in. Arnold Clark in Dundee have a blue one that was traded in a few weeks ago.

Yeah he said it would either damage his rollers or the car, I didnt like pulling the handbrake on while moving as it tends to snatch quite bad but he said alot of vauxhalls are bad for it. The emissions were 0 for hydrocarbons and 0.01 for CO, lambda was 1.004. Not bad I thought.

I do fancy a VXR8 and have just looked on autotrader, I didnt realise perth sold them so seeing as its only 15mile from me I might as well have a wee look. Picadors do have good prices for new ones though.
