12v outlet

Hi, help or ideas needed.
The 12v outlet in the centre armrest seems to have stopped giving out 12 volts!!! The Road Angel I plug in there works in another car so its not that at fault and the fuse under the dash is OK.
Anyone know if there is another fuse somewhere? or any other reason for it to stop working before I strip out the centre consol.
Any guidance gratefully received.

Tested mine the other day. It is only live with the ignition on or on accessories.
