silver paint

have a 2004 vxr in silver ,is there a touch up silver paint i can buy for car ie in halfords ,or does any one know what silver colour the car is ..thanks rob

I got mercedes silver. I think that was pretty close. Be wary of the halfords quicksilver paints though, some of them have hints of other colurs in them. Mercedes silver was the closest match. Hope this helps.

I got a 15ml bottle of Quick Silver H154 from Vauxhall p/n 93183930. The bottle is genuine HSV touch up paint.

Includes a small brush which is still a bit big for stone chips etc. Was about £12.

Sadly yes, although I think it's gone to a good home. Only advertised for 48 hours and Rob was the first to see it. I think he got a good deal considering some Ro's sit around for sale for ages. Then again, its the quickest standard car in the country

hi fraser ,yes still love car, found paint but seems to dark a colour anyway found some lighter silver now , getting the wheels refaced on tuesday , and have touched up stone chips and given her a good clean and polish ,looking good . thanks again rob
