Guys, any tips as to where to install the 02 boss for my wideband (I know in the exhaust before any smart ar*se pipes up!). Is there a particular cylinder that runs leaner than others?

Don't bother smile just use the stock location and wire the simulated narrowband into the stock connector to allow closed loop. Will have to disable a few DTC codes though.

Thats what I did anyway,
Otherwise doesn't matter what bank (should be after the collector), but probably place it behind the stock location (but before the cats wink ).
There are guidlines as to what angle to put it in at ideally, but try and put it in from the side rather than underneath to avoid condensation issues.

Innovate I got from Richard.

It seems # 7 is the leanest so I will put it in the passenger side.

Download the LC-1 manual by TAquickness from the efilive site. Thats what I used. I can thoroughly recommend using his serial cable as well, as it's plug and play, no messing with calibrating voltages for an analogue signal. You are also able to do the free air calibration for the wideband from the V2 and that is a breeze compared to using the supplied LED etc. Make sure you calibrate the LC-1 controller to the sensor. It's easy enough, just a bit of piddling around soldering cables on the LED circuit. It's all in the book.

Excellent, do you have a link to the cable & manual please?

Download the tutorial from the link in TAQ's thread. Then click on his personal links to get infor on the serial cables and somewhere you'll be able to download his manual for the same. If you can' t do it, PM me and I'll mail you the stuff.
