Black Wheels - tart of toff?

B*gg*r I've just realised I've typo'd the title, should be Tart or Toff - Fail


With any other colour - tart, with yellow - toff.
Just said goodbye to Wonder Wheels' Wayne who tarted them up (or should that be toffed),
