I am absolutely smitten. The car is a white beast with some of the sexiest alloys I have ever seen. The exhaust (Wortech) and the whole car makes me weak at the knees.

Big thanks to him for letting me appreciate what you could do with a standard car if you get into modding !

I think that may have cost me a few quid though as I don't think I could live with standard now.

Cheers

Gorgeous isn't it. Col and i fell in love with it. Top bloke too. Very knowledgeable. I took a couple of picks of it at the Midlands Breakfast club last Sunday. Have you bought a VXR8 yet or are you in the proses? As for the "mod thing" once you start you cant stop. We just spent the best part of £7K on ours within the last five weeks and i know it will only be a matter of weeks before we're booked in for the Diff and RRPhehe Love it mate, its brilliant

Hope you like

I haven't bought one yet as I knew very little about them till recently. All my fun toys were sold when my little boy came last year (although I held on to my Yamaha R1) and then I went and did a silly thing and bought a 535d to tide me over. Now I know that I can have 4 doors and some fun I am looking for a modded VXR8 or I will just buy one and do it myself. After seeing Tilers tonight I need a white one :-)

the other choice was to get an M5 but I am very wary of buying one because of the sheer cost if they go wrong. I know someone who paid out £10k on his after BM refused a warranty claim. I also like the exclusivity of the VXR8

Come on then, join the team. Its almost like a family on here. Col wanted a VXR8 so i could sell my Merc and get to drive the Monaro all the time. We've decided to plough the money into the ro. You will be very happy until you mod it and then you'll be even happier and brokehehe
