This is apparently what the new HSV Series 2 could look like.

Yeah, it is a bit busy for me as well... looking at it a bit more... Kind of seems over the top, but not quiet in the normal aggressive way that a HSV should look.. I do like the front bumper though, cause it kind of looks like the coupe 60 version. Don't think like the nostrils though. Depends what it looks like from the front I guess.

Looks like the Pontiac G8 bonnet. Bit too much of a fashion victim for me.

I would have to say, that for me, you need to look in the rear vision mirror and for it to scare the shit out of you. Then I think you would have a winner. It looks like a audi with the LED lights. One thing they could do is make it look mean at night, so that when you are driving along, you know instantly what sort of car it is.

Quite like the front end, but the rest is a little fussy for me too. Can't believe they seem to have 'wanker lights' fitted too rolleyes

Cos audi sell loads of cars! People aspire to it (apparantly).

Dont know about the back. Just no follow through of lines. Dont think that will be the end result.

If I had an Audi - regardless of model, I'd turn those running lights off. Same with the new 911 - they look terrible.

YES, lick And now they have to make them in LHD driving. I asked type for a few times to make me a HSV ( Clubsport R8 Tourer) in LHD, but they refuse blah ! Why? confused It's going that good in their busines apparently; and now I teacher know why GM is going down: pure arrogance angel and overpaid bowtie managers. Sorry for this reaction, but I cann't understand why GM doesn't put the VE on the European marked; would be a perfect new Opel/Vauxhall Omega. This car has a very good chassis tank , and is produced very properly. The reality readit will be that they will keep on sleeping sleep and this very good car doesn't get the chance idea it deserves. I'll keep : on trying, but I'm affraid : I'll have to buy one of the last Pontiac G8 GXP's (or a Chevrolet CSV in Dubai) before they permanently stop byebye with this brand.

I would hate to see an SMS from you peekster...

Yeah, it is a shame that they don't have the commodore in europe, would think it would sell really well.
I find it very interesting though, how Pontiac always seem to really change the look of the standard car, to what I think is a much uglier style. I would wonder whether people would like the way it is, before they change it, and whether or not they would actually sell more not doing any changes to it. It's a great product, leave it alone.

If this is the way that HSV are going, think they are not setting the standard, but rather being a follower. Wish I had some good 3d skills and send them a design of what I think a true HSV front end should look like.
