VXR8 suspension setup

I recently had my VXR8 serviced at Picador and I also asked them to check tracking and wheel alignment.
Well, since getting it back the car seems much harsher and skits around alot over bumps.

I have the 20" wheels and I know the damping needs to improve.

Does anyone know what the geometry settings should be?

The outfit who did it said mine was way out but I might get it put back.

Ideally I need to upgrade the suspension kit with the wortec or walkinshaw offering....
