Never really happy with the Coupe4 wheels. They looked great and fitted the kit, but just werent wide enough at the rear and the fronts needed to run with spacers.

So I measured up a set to take the biggest rubber to fit under the arches.

Ended up calculating 19x9 +10 in the front and 19x11 +30 in the rear. Had them made up by Image Wheels and they turned up a few weeks back. As she made it home on Thursday I had the chance to get them fitted over the weekend.

She's currently running 245/35 19 on the front and 285/30 19 on the rear as they've still got life left on them. The rears were a bit of a stretch to fit though and looks like they'll happily take a 305/30 on the rear when these wear out.

I love them as they really fill out the arches, and the matt black looks great. Was even able to recycle the HSV centre caps!

Oh yes! Go baby.

Managed to fit some Hoosier road slicks I had lieing around to them as well 295/30 to check they fit. Oh yes....not sure they're great drag tyres, but cant hurt!

Nice to see you've cleaned her Harry. Was looking a bit sorry for itself up at Monkfish last week. Beautiful loking car though. I do like the yellow. Dark wheels with the graphite Wortec stripe.....very nice.

Does this mean you can make the meet on Sunday?

I think you may have to be careful with the Hoosiers for road use as they may be lacking the steel reinforcement or are cross plys. I'm fairly certain something needs checking, could also be speed rating.

ETA, does look good though.

Thats not a good look for a Ro Im sure you can give them away to someone if you try lol

Slicks are cool for the drag strip and going around corners fast

Don't forget when you go wider you also go taller, think 305/30x19 going to be a tad to big, you will soon find out though.

Andy.

Hoosiers not legal for road use, just for the track
