Stick up the list and mark the paid ones.

Give the unpaid ones a PM and a week to respond and book. After that open up the event to get the numbers up to the viable level.

I would guess a few people probably wont confirm till nearer the time due to work and other commitments, does a time cut off point exist?

You wont have a problem filling the numbers even near the time as you can easily post in the Aston/Lambo/Ferrari etc sections on PH and im more than sure they would make the numbers up very easily!

Not really a time cut off, but we do need 40 cars.....It will be a real shame if we have to open up to anyone just to fill places as the whole HSV nature of the event will be lost forever.........
