Hi, it is me selling the VXR brakes on E-bay, (plus other surplus Monaro bits). I bought them to fit on a CV8 like yours, bit before I got them fitted I bought a 6.2 VXR8. So they will fit a CV8, Monkfish were going to fit them for me.

In the FAQ it says "One notable point is that it is well documented that the CV8 brakes (both 04 and 05) are shockingly poor for the power of the car. The VXR has much better brakes but both versions can be further upgraded to High Performance Racing Brakes".

I bought them to get better brakes for my CV8 whilst avoiding paying 2k+ for AP's.

Happy bidding.

Right...

if you have an 04 model CV8 then the VXR discs are larger and better.
if you have an 05 Model CV8 then i belive the discs are the same size but as there grooved discs there still better.

i have an 04 CV8 and fitted VXR breaks myself.. really simple job and crumbs what a difference. epically if you fit performance pads from the Fish.
