Looking forward to no more scuffs (until next time!)

Well.....I may be talking to myself, but he's just finished. Bloody good job at a bloody good price and all on my doorstep without me having to lift a finger. He covers SE England but not London - if you want his details, let me know.

Took all 4 wheels off, repaired all damage (only one of them had a big dig out of it, the rest were just marked) and repainted properly in shadow chrome for £45 a wheel, including coming to the house. That's cheaper than some places wanted for me to take the wheels to them and leave them there for 4-5 days!

The van is kitted out with a bead breaker, sanding area, and a fully vented little spray booth area at the back. Guy says he's been doing it for 13 years now.

Wheels look perfect to me - possibly a fraction lighter than standard but I have no problems with that at all, as he did all 4 they match anyway.

Pics if I ever get a chance but they just look like unmarked VXR alloys!!

OK, you need to speak to Eddie Palmer of South Eastern Alloys Ltd. Tel 07970 684502, email wheelman_at_fsmail_dot_net (email addr camouflaged to keep the bots away). Tell him Mark with the black Monaro sent you wink

TBH they're not too bad, just a couple of marks which need sorting. Most people wouldn't notice, but I'd like to get them perfect.

What's p***ing me off more is that I discovered a nasty scratch on the car the other day - clearly not a shopping trolley type mark either, definitely looks like it's been done on purpose, and although it's not a massive mark it's still gone right down through the paint rage Don't understand how or when though, I've been SO careful about where I've parked. Grrrr furious
