Calling all Scottish owners

Hi guys had just a wee thred to see if there is any interest in a meet. We are all spread across the country and have meet most of you guys but there is still one or two who are active in this forum and the Pistonheads Scotland forum but not meet you guys yet. So would the owners of Vauxhall V8 beasts like to meet up for a pie and a pint? or a petrol guzzling 
Would like to hear from you guys and see what we can do.
Would also be nice to see some of the north east owners aswell. And can anyone tell me if there is anything happening down south in November as i will be down that way.

got me!! dont know were that is either ??...if you go near maidstone kent ..pop in for a pie and pint and my pub if you like ..always 1or2 ro's or r8's round here

Just checked gonna be about 60 miles from maidstone So dyno day sounds good

Yes that sounds like a good one to me mate
,let me know if any of the other guys fancy it,and given enough notice should be able to swap shifts.
Give me an excuse to take out the car,it's been ages since it went out and about!
That's a point better go and turn the motor over and see if the battery is still alive.

Wife and I will be down shopping in Inverness/Edinburgh before Xmas so I'll see what's on the go then Si and hopefully catch some 'Ro owners e.g. Well fans, bigwheel etc. Need new tyres then too so maybe Crail raceway to get rid of the last of the rubber

Good to hear mate iam sure Well_Fan and bigwheel would be up for it. Iam away in November and got a run this month so December might be good but lots of stuff going on that month but see what we can pull togeather. Iam think meeting somewhere nice for a bit lunch and some good pics. Got a mate from the Scottish forum who is a photographer might get him to come along (if free) and take some nice pics of the cars and maybe even a team photo

yeah I'm up for it, sure bigwheel will be as well when he gets back from his hols. haven't seen ryan(?) from hamilton on here for a while but sure he would be up for it assuming he's not working in Aberdeen. be worth posting on vxronline as well as theres a few on there who never post in here.
Had a chat with the photographer tonite and he would be up for it. Got a few names also throw the Scottish forum and i will register with vxronline see if there is anyone there who would fancy this. Need to find a nice location to have lunch and also has a nice back drop for pics. looking for somewhere central for everyone.
