I know its bl@#dy crap and they have the cheek to still call it road tax. You've got stupid rattling diseasle smokers out there ripping up the roads and have cheap tax due to the low CO2 emissions but its ok for them to throw out tons of hydrocarbons and particulates and what about hybrids that you dont even pay tax for? do they not cause wear and tear?

The condition of the roads are a total disgrace up my way and they dont seem to get better anywhere else.

My dad has an identical CV8 to mine, but his is on a 55 plate. He pays 200 quid tax and I pay 400

Road tax since when do any of us get benefits from the system?. Mate, we are but fodder for the wastrels.

I remember a mate of mine telling me about the time the local labour candidate came round asking for his vote.
