Meeting up in Hotel

For all of us that are travelling down Saturday to stop over the night before TR, what time are we meeting up in the Hotel? Plus anyone know where we're eating?????

Mel, I can't do the convoy down. I have a business meeting earlier in Ipswich. I should be there mid afternoon ish.

So guys are we meeting in reception at about 1800. We can then share a drink in reception until Aftershock arrives

If not might be an idea to get a taxi sorted if ppl are having a couple of drinks

I'm booked, but am not able to drink, so happy to be taxi.

If the GTS is ready, you know how many seats available,
if GTS not ready, will be bringing the Excursion - so can take 7 passengers.

Hello,

OK, hope be there for just after 7pm. Even tried giving the engine a quick clean last night in the dark, not been cleaned for over a year !! But dont think I will have any chance to polish the car before hand.

Hopefully find you all hanging around the reception/bar area then, although I am sure we will probably hear one anothers cars turning up.

I wont be cleaning mine before hand either, 5 hr drive is only going to destroy whatever cleaning effort I put in so cant see the point!
