Mad mad car.

Interesting that his et was quicker but his speed was lower than Stevieturbos. Imagine how much quicker he would have been with a pair of turbos on that thing hehe
(Although it was the relatively low torque that would have given him such an excellent 60ft time I`d guess)

ET's at that level are largely down to traction. And vette's, if they dont break, have massive traction available. Very light car, transaxle so weight at the rear and over the rear wheels which are massive.

Not taking away from the guy, its a bloody amazing result from a n/a car....in fact for most cars

Guessing that'd be be Robert Zona in his Anger Management 'vette

Nice heads & cam job - amazingly much of his engine is stock.
Suspension & driveline isn't though. Absolutely mental traction.

Actually. If it is Rob Zona, he must have been playing again. He was running slightly higher 9's on a stock LS6 block, pistons, crank, 90mm throttle and LSX intake.

Now, I'd been reliably informed by Hollywood that the best trick the devil ever did was convincing us that he didn't exist (Usual Suspects)

And yet here you are Rich on a regular basis, encouraging people to CAM their cars.....

Have you let your guard slip
