OK guys as you know a VXR8 is imminent however we've just phoned our current insurers and had a quote for £1400 yikes The full no claims has been used on the Monaro policy cry We were hoping they'd do multi car insurance but they don't. They said the high price is due to the value being over 20K. Cols on the phone to Saga as we speak as he's 51 but don't know if they'll touch us as i'm 35.
Advice again would be appreciated

Thanks Wormus. Cols just been quoted £1051. With full no claims £740. Col has another policy on his sons car with full no claims so we're thinking of moving the no claims off Daves(son) car. He's on the phone ATM to Sky to see what that would save us. I'll keep you posted

You used to be able to get "Mini" fleet policies. If these are still around they maybe the best/cheapest way. We have a fleet policy with NU but you have to have 5+ vehicles from memory for this.

This is the type of thing, I don't know the costings now as we always used a broker. Our current fllet policy is with NU, costs £3k per annum, any driver over 25 covering 8 cars inc. the HSV.

This is how I my 2 policies setup, with two different companies. All the second place wanted was proof of NCD and they would mirror the discount, even though that policy had 0 years.

thats a good price, I paid 420 FC with elephant but did it with 9 years NCB and I'm spitting distance from pinehurst.

Bonnie lives in Birmingham, a place so rough they had to build a bypass through the middle to help you escape quicker
