Don't know. There's people trying to talk the price up, in their own interest - on the basis that the cheap ones are all gone. Simple fact is that if they were worth £36k then Vauxhall wouldn't have had to discount them.

I think he's looking for an Insignia VXR 4x4 instead, so it will depend on what deal he can get....

S/H prices (in general) are just starting to drop a bit now, after the silly summer that we have had. In addition, I think there were quite a few people buying VXR8s to speculate on prices. If the market continues to drop then some of these will be dumped, so I think a few more weeks waiting may be prudent for a buyer.

Yep same story with house prices imo. Though the clunker deal probably had some effect. I recon post xmas blues added to a nice mega tax budget and things will start getting cheap april10 on..

God know why people think assets will keep rising in a deflationary world.
