Well a proposal.
The AACI is holding its spring meeting at Billing Aquadrome near Northampton 16 - 18 April 2004.

If you are petrolhead, this is one not to miss. I've been to the summer meet and its OUTSTANDING, so lets hope the spring meet is as good. The example of cars is not to be missed with a full range of models from all era's.
Lynne, Dan and I (plus a few US owners) will be staying overnight at a traval inn near by, so its more like a weekend away he he.
Camping is available on the site, but be aware if its wet.
I think entry is about £10 for the car each day with unlimited passengers.
If others are interested we could meet up before hand and enter in convoy to ensure we display together.
Anyone interested?????

I have finally organised myself!!
I will be there Saturday night and stay at the same travel inn as Jagsey (Wellingborough) then spend the Sunday at the show.
(If anyone is local how about a beer Saturday night!!!)

From what Jagsey has said we need to arrive at the same time to be able to park together, so we need a little organisation.

I'm in the same Travel Inn as Jagsy too but you boys will have to park your taxis down on the rank or you'll be shown up by the sheer style of my car. Don't know about drinking, won't you be picking up fares after midnight? LOL. Yes, I've already established this long running joke isn't and probably never was funny but Jagsy would only miss it if I desisted.
I'm going across to Billing for the afternoon, not sure about the evening but i have to be in the beer tent at 8pm apparently to meet the forum members from the AACI.

Despite the rain (and other events that my family suffered!!!) we had a great time.
Nice to see Paul, Analiese, Gary and Roger. The club goes from strength to strength (he he).
It is a great location and the people are great. The HSV's went down a treat and I'm sure summer will be better (drier or better).
