Yes I watched C5 last night and have heard of numerous blow outs with HSV's so I think I am going to opt for the aforementioned.

Found out today that Bridgestone do a tyre that is detined for a 4 ltr Lexus, RF tyres also need a sensor system to indicate if they have been punctured but I might leave that bit out as the trade inform me they are problomatic apart from one that is used for the Mini that ties up with ABS to detect a different rolling radius (I think).

Any experiences of the above?

Hope your fillings are secure as runflats (especially the Goodyear EMT) pass a lot of road vibration through the car. Haven't any personal experience of the Bridgestones but you might want to search through Corvetteforum.com for opinions from 'vette drivers.
