Noisy Belts

Getting a lot of belt noise on the HSV.Tried belt slip. This made it worse. Anyone had similar.

Is it a squeak?

I've had my idler pulley replaced, the bearing was kaput...

I can't find any reference to noisy belts on the service CD but there is a bit about squeaks!

Thanks I will have checked. I am a little suspicious of a bearing rather than belts.
