Left early so as not to miss appointment at bank
Van broke down
Got to work walked to bank
It pissed down with rain
It was still pissing down with rain when I left bank so looked like a drowned rat
Had a complete nightmare with a
Jeep wrangler thingy so a couple of hours work turned into an all day job
When removing dead alternator from van I caught a power steering hose which then pissed power steering fluid all over my head
New alternator bought for van was the wrong one
Got the right alternator then realised when the old one feted itself it took some of the wiring with it so had to redo all that as well, this is now after closing time at work
All this was while trying to deal with insurance companies ringing me every 10 mins trying to sort out my traders policy which is a pita because I work on silly oversized engined & often modifed vauxhall thingys & rusty fords
