At least two sizes are different at the catalyst flange.

3.6 & 4.0

4.0S TuscS Sag & Red Rose

So tuscan manifolds will fit on t350? Im trying to buy a spare set so as I can get them wrapped and put on the car all in one day.

Nothing is 100% with TVR but the flange sizes are in my orange book.

Catalyst flange 129.5mm for red rose, Tuscan S & Sag
Others 4.0 & 3.6 should be 126.5mm OD
Fixings M8 x20 capscrew & spring washer, plus two studs (have fun with these with the engine in!)

Graham - are the twin pipes exiting the Cats different diameters for Sag, 4.0S than 3.6, 4.0L aswell then ? Need to make sure I order the right de-cat pipes...

Yes,

On the Sag & Tuscan S the de-cat pipe flange to the manifold is usually the same, but the rear outlets were smaller Sag's built after September 2005.

Only way is to measure it to be sure!

decat = more noise = possible fail trackday noise limits @ 105dBa

Ive got Clive doing my exhaust too but even so I dont think you will get below 105 for circuits and some are now 101db. Have you thought about sports cats. I think racing green do them.

Clive says de-cat, modified back box, and the track day silencers available from Str8Six make <98db... So with the new end cans for road use, job will be a gud un!! biggrin

you can put the track day silencers on a standard back box and get the same results.
