Since I ran my battery flat (radio on all day) The cabin temps have gone mental and I have to drive with the windows open when the roofs on,Also the top of the dash around the air vents get really hot. Is this down to the heater flap been incorrectly set due to no voltage when the battery was flat? I've read some where that it can be reset thro' the POD setting on the dash??

Can anyone advise please

I have read all about the flap zero setting etc and have been trying with little luck to get it right on the TAM. Any advice welcome. If i put the temp control onto cold i do only get air out of the central dash vents. This feels like its blowing outside air temp when the ambient temp is low say in the morning even when the engine is up to temp. Yet when the ambients are higher say in the middle of the day the air coming out of the vents is pretty hot. i know the engine bay will be hotter when ambient is higher but im talking a lot hotter than outside air temp even when cruising at 70 on the motorway. I have tried pretty much every flap setting from 0 to 100 but i cannot feel any difference at all with any setting.

Any ideas?

That's your problem on warm/hot days with even top down the outside ambient temp/air when passed through the system gets so hot even if you set to coolest position and fan running at its max.
I had to sell my none air con Tamora and by one with it,problem gone away now with top up and a/c on it's just cold as ice, with top down you get that nice cool air too.
