Hi guys,

Turned the heater fan on the other night, the lights all came on but the fan isn't blowing, haven't had a chance to have a look properly yet but hopefully will try tonight, just thought I would ask and see if anyone else has had this problem and can steer me the right direction?

Had the same problem with the Tam - Graham Varley very kindly sorted it for me at Chatsworth by replacing a switch in the passenger footwell, a 30 second job; a pin had partially melted causing an intermittant fault, they can be refurbished relatively cheaply.

See my thread running. If its only the connectors and pins (not the capacitors) I am selling the bits to fix it. At the moment All the parts I have apart from some plug connectors are sold, although 2 people who expressed their interest have not responded yet. Graham V has first dibs if the remaining two people don't come forward by weekend that leaves one other.

I haveposted pics and part numbers and where to buy the bits from, the only down side is you need to spend a minimum of £20 with the company (which buys about 6 complete sets)

If the caps are blown there is a company in Luton near me that refubs them for about £50. To get the heater amp out its under the dash in the PS foot well, its screwed in place so don't try to pull it off!

Thanks for the reply, are the connectors in the passenger footwell? If you do have any spare can you let me know and I'll have them, don't fancy buying at least ten of themsmile

The heater Amp and connector is under the dash. Get down on your hands an knees and look up under the dash (towards the roof) on the passanger side, its the square thing with the 2 big black capacitors. Its held in on screews in the corners.

Sorry all the ones I have are 'allocated' at the moment to people who asked for them. If you end up buying 10 you will shift them no problem so you won't be out of pocket, part numbers are on my other post.

I would be happy to buy 10 sets and keep them in 'stock' as I have to do mine.
