Well, after handing my back box over to clive at Brands hatch a couple of weeks ago to work his magic, it has been returned back, and have now fitted it back onto the car.
My Sag has a totally standard exhaust set up, but i wanted to get rid of the annoying "fluttering" sound that you get on tickover, and try to loose the raspyness and replace it with a more deeper/bassier sound.
Well, the results are so far looking positive.
The "fluttering" sound has gone totally, this being due to the fact that the gases now flow straight through the box instead of being restricted. The sound is a lot more rounded and deeper for sure, but is still fairly quiet overall, but i have still got my standard end cans on. I am also planning on putting a pair of the 4 inch end cans on as well that clive is doing, which will hopefully increase the voulme a little.
I have heard clive`s car at brands, and it does sound good, all be it that it has been de-catted. I will update this thread once i have got the new end Cans on, after Clive has had a well earned rest in Corfubiggrin

Sounds good Nigel, I am hoping to get mine sorted in the very very near future. having some little niggles sorted and a few more upgrades carried out at Jason's and then I will get to work on the back box.

I look forward to meeting up and having a good old listen matey.
