Drivers side top hinge, the bearing seems to be worn ,ie there is some movement. and at some speeds and road conditions the door vibrates/resonates..

can the bearing be replaced ....(and where from)

or is it a complete hinge reqd, and again from where..

search to date has revealed....0.

The bearing is a spherical one which is kept in place with a circlip. You will need to take the door off to chanoge it.The top hinge just has a nut on top of it,but the bottom hinge is hinged around the bearing with a 6mm allen screw holding it in place. You will need to undo the allen screw, prize open the clamp around the bearing, undo the top hinge nut the pull the bottom of the door so the bottom bearing releases from the hinge and clears the sill then drop the door down to drop it out of the top hinge. When door is clear of hinges, undo the wiring by twisting the connector. On mine,I taped the paintwork round the door and sill to protect it.If you do it this way ,the door goes back on without needing adjusting. The bearing just looks like a standard off the shelf bearing.Hope this helps,Steve.
