Alarm help

First problem for the T350...

We cant seem to lock it, it has been kept in a secure garage/location overnight, but I've just got it back. Can someone please tell me the way to reset the alarm system or advise me on what to look at to sort it. If it is security critical, please PM me instead.

I have both sets of keys with me (plus immobiliser fobs) and if you want proof of ownership, I have about a decades worth of posts on here relating to it/ I am going to post a video for Craig! about the powersteering in a second. I only want to know how to lock it, I can get into the car, start it, drive it, manually use the fob for the immobiliser etc etc.. I just cant lock it!?!

Am I right in thinking there is a method to reset it all with both keys??

I'm going to move it back to the secure location now, but will have access to it there, so all help gladly received.
