Does anyone know the owners of either of these two Sags or anything about the cars? I have been toying with an orange Sag for some time and as there are two sub 40k to choose from, thought I'd start making enquiries.

I'm pretty sure the first one is owned by Leon the dick head. It used to belong to a friend of mine and she sold it to him when he was trying to corner the used TVR Market they are also selling his 2 tamoras which he obviously could not sell himself. I'll ask her if it's her old car for you if you are seriously interested.

I reckon they're the same car! And I also reckon the two Tamoras for sale at that dealers are the ones that the person mentioned above was trying to sell for rather a lot more! Funny thing is that if you go to the dealers site they are priced a lot higher under their stock than advertised on PH confused

I would be interested to know if it is her old car and any significant info about the car. Thanks!

Same car I would think... given both have done 26,000 miles, black wheels, same radio, etc.

Amazing how many Sags are described as one of the best in the country. Not sure Graham would agree...

It always amazes me how dealers and jo public quote that their cars are "Best there is" and "Best out there" and all the other nonsense quotes!

Anyway, good luck Mike in your search for a Sagaris, anything I can do to help just holla smile

Frankly, I'd go with the cheaper one wink Is it just me or is this situation not quite cricket? Actually, on reflection - I'd go for the pricier one; you wouldn't have to deal with the individual in question. I'm fairly certain he owns those "Pick Me" display plates; seen them in other adverts.

Both cars are the same, as Leon has had several ads for the same car. The car was owned by a mutual friend of mine and Barry's. They sold it earlier this year

Do you by any chance know the condition of the car, is it worth considering?

When it was sold to Leon, it was immaculate. Treated with kid gloves, never tracked, raced or used hard. A lot of the miles were on european trips, ie 2000 miles per trip in a week / 10 days. Always warmed up, oil checked every day etc. Always cleaned before it was put to bed.

Yes I would consider it, but it has been to TVR Power for engine inspection since it was sold. No idea how far Power went into the engine, or if they would put a warranty on it.

Although I have not asked, I believe it was sold for under £40k.

Hello Pistonhead People !

It has come to my attention that my Orange Sagaris has been put down to a "Leon" ??

Well I am not sure who he is, but he does not own the Orange Sagaris now with a dealer in Swindon.

I bought the car from the TVR Club secretary, Sharon and it is and was an amazingly well kept car.

Dom at TVR Power knows the car well.

I also have two Tamora's ... I think someone has been pulling your/our legs if they suggest they own(ed) these cars.

regards
Mark ( first ever post )
