Can someone tell me the colourcode for my SAGARIS (number 47 in the register)?
The car is reflex charcoal green. Normally colour is dark green and with sunshine the car turns into purple.
I do have some stonedents on the front which I want to repear.
Is there someone selling small touch-up bottles ?
kind regards
Wim

Hello William,

the colour is 'Reflex Charcoal' without the green.....but there is a Reflex Green too ;-)

I got my paint from http://www.internationalcolours.com/, they have Reflex Charcoal as a touch up pen or as aerosol. Only the shipping costs to Europe are a little bit on the high side :-(

Best Regards from Germany

Hallo Oliver, yes I think it is Reflex charcoal. I bought the car from Shumacher in Germany. Do you know the car maybe ?

Nigel on here has the same color on his Sag (would need to look up his PH nae - S6 Roar or something like that from memory). Tried him for the code?

Also try TVR Paint website, they have some of the rarer paints, else places like Bespoke, Raceproved or Surface and Design might be able to help.

Hello William,

I don't know the car, but last year I spoke to him before I bought my Sagaris when he had already sold his car to you...I was too slow ;-) But he gave me the important tip for getting a legal license here in Germany....

I think, Reflex Charcoal is a very difficult paint to match, my car had a full respray last year because the neighbour of the first owner pushed her with his M5 against the curb and the paint shop said, that the colour couldn't be matched. And also it is a very expensive one :-)

Last winter I bought some paint from MBS i mentioned above (touch up paint, aerosol and normal paint as a spare). No problems at all, friendly contact....the only downside are the very expensive shipping charges.

Best Regards

Oliver

P.S.: There are many Sagaris in Reflex Charcoal, members here are Braders, D14AYS, S6ROR, Yanmar, me and you....

I'm sure most people who found the link didn't work have realised it should be http://www.internationalcolours.com but I thought I'd post this for those that didn't.

Is it worth using touchup on flip paint?

From what I've seen it makes it look worse, as due to the chip in the paint the reflection is the opposite colour and it stands out more. Would it be better to touchup with a 'base' colour?

thank you all for the advise.
I ordered a touch-up bottle from both Internationalcolours and Surface&Design.
We will see which one is the best.

kind regards
William
