immobiliser problem

I have my T350 in having some audio stuff installed currently, it been with them now for about a week. I have had a call from them to say that they cant get the immobiliser to turn off. Was fine when it was with them at the start but now nothing. The red light stays on permanently and no matter if they use the key or fob it wont go out. Any thoughts on what is wrong, feel free to PM instead of post up if you wish

This is the car's natural defences kicking in. It doesn't need any additional sounds!

Try the following:

1. Disconnet the battery fully for a min' or two and then reconnect. That should reset the immobiliser.

If no joy then

2. Have a look at the fuse box diagram and remove and replace the immobiliser fuse.

Still no joy then

3. Ring Karl Baker at Car and Bike Installations.
