Is there any issue with leaving the battery disconnect3ed?? Other than the alarm not working!!! I wouldn't have thought so but this been a TVR it could have some peculiarities there so there might well be.

Just be aware that disconnecting you battery will most likely invalidate your insurance.

Have left the Sagaris without a battery for a few days without any problems.

Make shure your dash ECU battery has enough power and is not low. Otherwise you will lose your onboard time and needs to be re-installed by a specialist.

Checked with Insurance company and they said they not heard any such thing... The car is SORN'd+ the car is on axle stands with no wheels on

Good point about the dash ecu I will make provisons to address this

I wouldn't bother. According to the designer, the dash ecu battery is just for the clock, and the calculated battery life is enormous. Remember, if you pull the button cell battery out- you'll incur the fault code anyway! (Unless you do it just the right way wink)
